Useful informationon <strong>Canada</strong>’s constitution, the judicialsystem, and provincial and municipalpowers is also gathered together in thisone reference book.The book was initially commissionedby the Department of the Secretary ofState of <strong>Canada</strong>, which also publishedthe second edition. The House ofCommons published the third edition,while the fourth and fifth werepublished by the Library of Parliament.This sixth edition was prepared by theLibrary of Parliament in consultationwith the author’s family and with theapproval the Department of CanadianHeritage.
