In the very unlikely event of cancellation of HYDRO 2011, all prepaidfees would be refunded in full. Full payment for tours must bereceived at the time of registration.CancellationsCancellations must be made in writing to SureFire Events on or before 30 September 2011. Cancellationcharges will be payable as shown in the Table below. Substitution of delegates after a reservation hasbeen made is acceptable before the Conference, and no extra fee is payable. Any necessary refunds(see Table below) will be made after the Conference.Liability/InsuranceThe registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness,cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions.
