Advisory Council members represent health/human services, K-12, city/county<br />

government, higher education, community members and the clergy.<br />

Role of the W-K Advisory Council:<br />

* Provides representation and establishes a program planning/delivery evaluation<br />

process for the community.<br />

* Establishes on-going needs assessment process with other organizations/agencies.<br />

* Advises Community Education staff, Superintendent & School Board on<br />

Community Education issues and finances.<br />

South Country Health Alliance (SCHA) Memb ers<br />

Current members may register for Community Education and ECFE classes<br />

and receive a $15<br />

benefit per class; if cla ss is l ess than $15, members may take that class for free!<br />

You must be an SCHA member when you register & through duration<br />

of the class.<br />

• Please provide your SCHA ID number when registering (must call Community Education<br />

office to register and receive discount.)<br />

• Call SCHA Member Services toll-free at 1-866-567-7242 for information about SCHA<br />

health plans and services.<br />

U-CARE MEMBERS:<br />

• UCare Minnesota Insurance members may receive a $15 benefit per class when you register for<br />

Community Education Classes; if a class is less than $15, members<br />

may take that class for free.<br />

• You must be on UCare when you register and through the duration<br />

of the class.<br />

• Please provide your UCare ID number when registering (must call office to register and receive<br />

UCare discount.)<br />

• (Seniors may use it to participate in trips/tours, except those including gambling.)<br />

UCare Minnesota Insurance will not reimburse us for the following classes:<br />

homeopathy, gambling<br />

trips, acupuncture and group hypnosis.<br />
