AGE SURVEY UPDATE – Please note
that if you haven’t returned the
enclosed insert 2012 AGE SURVEY
FORM, please do so now and return
it to the Community Center. This is
the last month it will be inserted
in The Breeze. It is the resident’s
requirement to submit it. If you are
a tenant and the homeowner of the property did not mail you the
form, please stop by the Community Center to obtain and complete
one. You can also call me at 638-5017 or Virginia at 638-5006, and we
can E-mail, fax or send you one. Don’t be caught being called to a
hearing for not returning it. It is a mandatory required form.
LANDSCAPING – Please start checking your yard for weeds, removal
of dead stalks from your bushes and required trimming should start
soon. Also, remember that once the temperatures start to climb you
will need to check your sprinklers/drip system and timers. It costs
less to do that than to replace dead bushes and trees.
NEW HOMEOWNERS – Please remember once you close escrow
you need to provide the Membership office with a copy of your
driver’s license and contact information, along with your current
mailing address. You can contact Virginia at 638-5006, and she
can provide you with the necessary documents required by the
association. Also, please don’t hesitate to stop by and introduce
yourself. We welcome you.
SEASONAL HOMEOWNERS – If you only visit your property
occasionally, please make sure you make arrangements for someone
to check your property. When a home has flyers and newspapers
lying around, it creates an invitation for theft and robbery. It also
creates a mess as the miscellaneous papers blow throughout the
neighborhood.
ALL HOMEOWNERS – Have a great month and stop in and say hi.
Sincerely,
dawn Mackey
