strolling down Bluff Street in Billie Limacher Bicentennial<br />
Park. As <strong>Joliet</strong>’s first street, Bluff runs along <strong>Joliet</strong>’s river<br />
walk and preserves the city’s rich history of steel, stone and<br />
industry. Large boulders mark the locations of a number<br />
