The housing consistsof a robust sheet steel enclosure,so that the PDU can be easily installedin a Knürr rack, or even into other enclosuresystems. The Liebert MPH TM canbe installed vertically or horizontally(19”), depending on the type. The PDUis delivered pre-installed with the samecommunication card (RPC-1000) asthe Liebert MPX TM . All Liebert MPX TMexternal modules can therefore be connected(e.g. sensors, display module).Up to four Liebert MPX TM /MPH TM can beconnected as rack PDU array to consolidatethe user's IP connection and thedevice monitoring.The Liebert MPH TM is available in twoequipment models:■ 1. Liebert MPH TM Type RMThe Liebert MPH TM Type RM is a monitoredPDU that monitors the phaseinputs. Measured per phase are:power, current, voltage and consumption.The power is also monitored pergroup (only 32A model).Different threshold values enable detailedalarm signals.■ 2. Liebert MPH TM Type CThe Liebert MPH TM Type C can alsoswitch the individual outputs on and offremotely.■ Highest possible security and availabilitywith:- Power illustration up to 22 kVA perPDU and 55°C ambient temperature- N-conductor current display with3-phase feed, which prevents feedcable overload.- Overload protection can be extendedper group with all 32A models;minimizes danger with cascadedPDU overload.- Setting alarm threshold values, whichmeans possible failures are detectedearly on.■ Flexibility with:- Connection option for an externaldisplay, which is easy to mountand can also be combined with theLiebert MPX TM .- Connection option for external sensors,which means temperatures andhumidity can be monitored.- Doors and alarm contacts can also bemonitored and displayed via externalinput contacts.- Versatile installation in the rack as 19”or space-saving vertical installation.- Same, compatible monitoring platformfor Liebert MPH TM and LiebertMPX TM .■ Low operating costs with:- Rack PDU array setup, which meansup to 4 MPH/MPX can be controlledwith one IP address; installation becomesquicker and easier.- Extensive energy and current measurement,which provides data requiredfor maximizing the power andcooling infrastructure.- Special switching technology of theindividual sockets, which reduces therack PDU's power loss.- Data interface with http and https protocol;no external software requiredfor configuration and monitoring.
