Emerson Network Power Rack PDUsLiebert MPX TM : Four equipment modelsfor different requirementsThe Liebert MPX TM modular rack PDUconsists of various modules. Thefoundation stone is a busbar, whichis responsible for the power andcommunication distribution to theindividual modules. The input poweris routed via the Liebert MPX TM PowerEntry Module (Liebert MPX TM PEM) tothe Liebert MPX TM system. Differentoutput modules (Liebert MPX TMBranch Receptacle Modules, LiebertMPX TM BRM) are available as required.Four different variants can be set updepending on the busbars' equipping:1. Liebert MPX TM ElementaryModular basic power distribution withoutmeasurement and control function. Anupgrade to another equipment model isno problem!2. Liebert MPX TM Elementary PhasemonitoredModular power distribution withmeasurement on the input per outputmodule. An upgrade to the next lineup is possible by equipping with therespective output modules.3. Liebert MPX TM Branch monitoredModular power distribution withmeasurement on the input per outputmodule. An upgrade or downgrade toanother line is possible by equipping withthe respective output modules.4. Liebert MPX TM Receptacle managedModular power distribution withmeasurement on the input per outputmodule and per output. The individualoutputs can also be switched on and offremotely. A downgrade to another line ispossible by equipping with the respectiveoutput modules.A combination of the "ElementaryPhase monitored", "Branch monitored"and "Receptacle managed" lines on ashared busbar is also possible and isone of the exceptional features of theLiebert MPX TM . Interfaces for the networkcommunication, the sensors and/or thelocal display are provided by the LiebertRack PDU Card (Liebert RPC) in the LiebertMPX TM PEM.
