Disabled transportationGolf carts are available to pick up fans in reserved disabled parkinglots around the <strong>Stadium</strong> and drop passengers off as close to theirgate as possible. Post-game, golf carts stop by Gates 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7,and run 30 minutes after the game has finished.Guests needing this service should find the nearest Guest Servicesstand to request a pickup call. Guests will be assisted on a first-<strong>com</strong>e,first-serve basis. Golf cart shuttles are limited in seating, therefore onlythe guest in need of assistance and one <strong>com</strong>panion should seek thisservice. The golf cart program is limited for persons with disabilities.Any disabled person parking on campus can call 352-494-2305TDD/TTY 711 for assistance from the Gator Lift. This service begins 2hours prior to kickoff and can pick up fans based on availability andlocation.Additionally, those guests in non-reserved lots around campus mayutilize Gotcha Ride, a free service to guests, by calling 352-478-0096TDD/TTY 711 for pickup and drop off, both before and after the game.Due to the high volume of calls, guests are picked up on a first-<strong>com</strong>e,first-serve basis, with potential wait times.ElevatorsThere are two accessible elevators in the <strong>Stadium</strong> reserved for guestswith disabilities and mobility challenges, one in the North End Zonebetween Gates 7 & 8 and one between Gates 1 & 18 in the South Westcorner of the <strong>Stadium</strong>.Evacuation PolicyIn case of evacuation, instructions will be relayed via the GatorVisionBoards and public address system. Gate personnel and ushers willassist you in safely exiting the <strong>Stadium</strong>. Additionally, video boards willprovide supplemental information regarding any emergency.Fan EmergenciesShould you or another guest need immediate assistance, please notifythe nearest game day staff member, or text “GATORS” along withyour issue to 69050.Family RestroomsFamily restrooms are for those fans with small children and guestswith disabilities, and are located at Gate 2 between sections 6 and 8,and behind section 15.Prior to kickoff and before entering the <strong>Stadium</strong>, fans may utilize thefamily restroom at the O’Connell Center located between gates 1 & 2.First Aid StationsThere are eight (8) locations inside the <strong>Stadium</strong> for medical treatment:outside both Gates 2 and 3, between Gates 13 and 14, and behindsection 53 (2nd level). Additionally, stations are centrally locatedon each level of the North End Zone, and in the South end of EvansChampions Club.Physicians and emergency medical personnel are available at First AidStations to respond to any emergency medical needs. Please asksecurity personnel for assistance/directions to the nearest station.GatesAll gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Fans may enter at any gate.Students must enter through gates 9 and 12-15.Gator sportshop: the Official Shop of Florida athleticsGator merchandise can be purchased at various locations throughoutthe <strong>Stadium</strong>.The two main Gator Sportshop locations are located at the North EndZone inside Gate 9 and South End Zone inside Gate 18. Both acceptcredit and debit cards.The North End Zone store is open Monday–Saturday from 10 AM to 6PM, year-round, and 11 AM-4 PM on Sundays following home footballgames. The South End Zone store is open Monday-Saturday from 10AM to 5 PM. Gator souvenir stands are located throughout the mainconcourse of the <strong>Stadium</strong> on game days, and feature additional itemsnot available at the Gator Sportshop.Lost and FoundTurn any lost items into a Gator Guest Services representative. Ongame day, items may be retrieved at the main Guest Services desklocated in the Gator Ticket Office lobby (between Gates 1 and 2).Following the football game, all items are held at the Gator TicketOffice (352-375-4683 ext. 6800 TDD/TTY 711), located between Gates1 and 2.Lost PersonsLost children and guests may be taken to any Guest Services booth.For parents or family reconnecting with a lost person, meet your partyat the main Guest Services desk located in the Gator Ticket Officelobby (between Gates 1 and 2). If necessary, an announcement will bemade to page the missing person.Radio AffiliatesFans may listen to the live broadcast of the Gator IMG Sports Networkon the following stations:• ESPN 850 (AM)• Country 103.7 - The Gator (FM)• XM Radio and Sirius (check online for specific channels)• Additional stations can be found at gatornetwork.<strong>com</strong> /listingsRadio broadcast is also simulcast on Cox Cable channel 970 inGainesville.Re-Entry PolicyFans are not permitted to leave and re-enter Ben Hill Griffin <strong>Stadium</strong>once their game ticket has been scanned.Should a medical emergency arise requiring you to leave the <strong>Stadium</strong>,you must report to the East or West first aid stations to receive anemergency medical pass to re-enter the <strong>Stadium</strong>.In the event of a severe weather delay, fans will be allowed to exit the<strong>Stadium</strong> to seek shelter.
