GUEST SERVICESATMsSunTrust ATMs are located on the main concourse near Gates8 and 18. ATMs on the main concourse are near Gates 7, 13 and15, and in the top level of both the North (Sunshine Seats) andSouth End Zone.CHAIR-BACK RENTALChair backs can be no larger than 16 inches. Permanent,waterproof, season-long Gator Seatbacks are available forseason ticket holders for $55.00 including tax. Game-by-gamerentals will also be available for $10 per game, cash only. Ticketsshould be purchased prior to your arrival to the <strong>Stadium</strong>.FIRST AIDFirst Aid Stations are located outside both Gates 2 and 3,between Gates 13 and 14 and behind section 53 (2nd level).Additionally, stations are centrally located on each level of theNorth End Zone, and in the South end of Evans Champions Club.GUEST SERVICES BOOTHSGuest Services booths are located on the <strong>Stadium</strong> concourseat Gates 2, 7 and 16 on game days. Representatives can also befound throughout the <strong>Stadium</strong>. Several services are availablehere, including, Tag-A-Fan, emergency paging, lost & foundturn-in, etc.LOST & FOUNDLost and found articles can be reported or turned in to anyGator Guest Services representative. On game day, all itemsmay be retrieved at the main Guest Services desk in the UAAticket office lobby (between Gates 1 & 2). Afterwards, all itemsare held at the main Gator Ticket Office.TOBACCO USEThe University of Florida is a tobacco-free campus, and theUAA adheres to this policy at all of its facilities. Violators aresubject to ejection. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited.ADA SHUTTLESShuttles pick up at Garage IX - located at the intersection ofArcher Road and Gale Lemerand Drive - and drop off at theintersection of <strong>Stadium</strong> Road and Gale Lemerand Drive,adjacent to Gate 18. Service is free for disabled patrons usingstate-issued placards.GAME DAY STAFFEach game day worker in Ben Hill Griffin <strong>Stadium</strong> is focused on making yourgame day experience a great one. All groups listed below work together tomake Saturday’s in The Swamp enjoyable.Color code indicates personnel’s uniform.ACFR (Alachua County Fire Rescue)All aid stations are staffed by ACFR Paramedics and EMT’s.ACSO (Alachua County Sheriff’s Office)Staffed in the North End Zone.Centerplate ConcessionsProvide concessions throughout the stadium. Staff andvolunteers wear blue shirts, in-seat beverage sellers wearyellow shirts.CSC (Contemporary Services Company)Manage the ticket takers and security personnel. Frontlineguards wear yellow polos, supervisors wear light blue. All sayCSC on front and back.Elite EnterprisesProvide all the janitorial services inside Ben Hill Griffin <strong>Stadium</strong>.Staff wear dark blue polos, restroom staff wear white t-shirts.FHP (Florida Highway Patrol)Work on the East side of the <strong>Stadium</strong> and patrol the highwayspre and post game.Gator Guest ServicesAvailable at all games to answer fan questions, assist withgame-day issues and make all fans feel <strong>com</strong>fortable duringGator athletic events.GPD (Gainesville Police Department)Patrol the streets directly around the stadium and work in theWest side of the <strong>Stadium</strong>. Officers wear black uniforms.Safe ManagementProvide skybox personnel during football games.
