Formula Evo 2,5 – Autom<strong>at</strong>ic cutt<strong>in</strong>g mach<strong>in</strong>e for compressed<br />

The Formula Evo digital technology allows to set<br />

New Genius Evo CAD System<br />
On the subject of software we have set up, <strong>in</strong> partnership<br />
with a company which has been oper<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g for 20<br />
years <strong>in</strong> the form<strong>at</strong>ion of CAD systems for the Garment<br />
Industry, a complete suite to support the professionals’<br />
cre<strong>at</strong>ivity and productivity. This is the start<strong>in</strong>g po<strong>in</strong>t of<br />
the new “GENIUS EVOLUTION” proposal; modular and<br />
flexible, complete with programs and tools for digitiz<strong>in</strong>g,<br />
process<strong>in</strong>g, marker mak<strong>in</strong>g, grad<strong>in</strong>g and calcul<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g,<br />
as well as new tools to develop one’s cre<strong>at</strong>ivity. Telephonic<br />
support, on l<strong>in</strong>e service, assistance and advise by remote<br />
connection are always <strong>at</strong> your disposal to guide you for<br />

The most complete software among those exist<strong>in</strong>g on<br />

copy-paste of the grad<strong>in</strong>gs. An optional module allows<br />

of the collections, of the models, of the figures<br />

With the CAD system the p<strong>at</strong>tern maker works with a<br />
program which simul<strong>at</strong>es all the traditionals tools, both<br />

Macpi <strong>at</strong> <strong>CISMA</strong><br />
Macpi, which always dist<strong>in</strong>giushes itself by its <strong>in</strong>nov<strong>at</strong>ive<br />
spirit, will <strong>in</strong>troduce <strong>at</strong> <strong>CISMA</strong> a series of novelties<br />
which will meet the l<strong>at</strong>est fashion trend of the Cloth<strong>in</strong>g<br />
Industry. On the subject of equipment <strong>MACPI</strong> will present<br />
the new gener<strong>at</strong>ion of 3 k<strong>in</strong>d of mach<strong>in</strong>es already wellknown,<br />
but totally renewed<br />
for an improved applic<strong>at</strong>ion,<br />
performance and flexibility,<br />
qualities which are nowadays<br />
requested by any of our customers.<br />
The mach<strong>in</strong>e Macpi<br />
model 288 has been designed<br />
with a new concept <strong>in</strong> order<br />
to completely adapt itself to<br />
the new slim-fit shirt l<strong>in</strong>e<br />
which couldn’t be pressed<br />
with s<strong>at</strong>isfactory quality results<br />
by the old model. This<br />
new model is also fitted with<br />
2 <strong>in</strong>nov<strong>at</strong>ive devices for yoke<br />
and label press<strong>in</strong>g and for<br />
pressure <strong>in</strong>crease <strong>in</strong> case of<br />
difficult fabrics. As well the<br />
series 555, for jacket edge<br />
fac<strong>in</strong>g and lapel press<strong>in</strong>g of<br />
2,3, and 4 buttonhole jackets,<br />
has been re-designed, hold<strong>in</strong>g<br />
<strong>in</strong> due consider<strong>at</strong>ion the<br />
current problems <strong>in</strong> the<br />
press<strong>in</strong>g room, as for example<br />
the space which<br />
means the need to have mach<strong>in</strong>es with reduced overall dimensions.<br />
Furthermore this new model is fitted with TSM<br />
programmer, by which it’s possible to select a huge range of<br />
press<strong>in</strong>g programs. Today flexibility has become the most<br />
important fe<strong>at</strong>ure requested by our customers and for sure<br />
Macpi, by TSM programmers, which can be set up on most<br />
of Macpi models, has solved many problems connected with<br />
the old press<strong>in</strong>g programs, often too rigid/<strong>in</strong>flexible.<br />
Last but not least Macpi is very proud of its Cont<strong>in</strong>uous<br />
Fus<strong>in</strong>g mach<strong>in</strong>es, of new gener<strong>at</strong>ion, with their<br />
double he<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g systems – by steam or by electric power<br />
- for maximum energy sav<strong>in</strong>g. This double he<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g<br />
system was already fitted on the old models, but the<br />
gre<strong>at</strong> novelty is the use of steam, further than an <strong>in</strong>nov<strong>at</strong>ive<br />
he<strong>at</strong> <strong>in</strong>sul<strong>at</strong>ion system which reduces the large<br />
he<strong>at</strong><strong>in</strong>g leakage.<br />
F<strong>in</strong>ally, for the first time <strong>at</strong> IMB show, <strong>MACPI</strong> will<br />
exhibit its complete range of mach<strong>in</strong>e for “sew free”<br />
garments <strong>in</strong> a dedic<strong>at</strong>ed “bond<strong>in</strong>g area”. This range,<br />
usually exhibited <strong>at</strong> specialized exhibition for <strong>in</strong>tim<strong>at</strong>e<br />
and sportswear, allows the applic<strong>at</strong>ion of edges without<br />
any stitch<strong>in</strong>g or garment assembl<strong>in</strong>g. Specifically<br />
<strong>MACPI</strong> will exhibit mach<strong>in</strong>es for elastic lay-down,<br />
hemm<strong>in</strong>g, b<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>g and hot seal tap<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
