For extractuse the nylon deflectors areomitted. Typical applicationsinclude most general offices,shops or other commercialareas.Air discharge - leftAir discharge - leftVertical discharge Air discharge - right Air discharge - rightSpecificationMaterialExternal componentsconstructed from steel withinternal deflectors from nylon.Stainless steel also available,please state type of finishrequired, either polished orbrushed, and grade ofmaterial.Installation MethodsFour alternative diffuserinstallation methods areavailable as follows:Single central countersunkscrew hole in circular orsquare ceiling panel diffusers.Four corner positioncountersunk screw holes onsquare and circular ceilingpanel diffusers.Five position countersunkscrew holes for sizes 800/72and 825/72, four on edgesand one central.(Note: Fixing using fourcountersunk screw holes isrecommended for sizes 600,625 and 800).The diffuser may also besupplied plain with no fixingsfor installation by others.Alternatively single fixing barsor angles for duct fixing are byothers.Plenum box supplied withdiffuser.When using a diffuser andplenum box combination, thediffuser is normally fixed to theplenum box by a singlecentral fixing.All installation methods requirediffuser or plenum box /diffuser combination to besupported independently.AccessoriesPurpose designed plenumbox, with spigot damper ifrequired.Filter media can be providedon extract units.FinishWhite polyester powder coatto RAL9010 (30% gloss) to allexternal surfaces, with blacknylon internal deflectors, asstandard.
