Example : The time it took to obtain a newIdentity Card from a consulate generalused to be 1 month in the past. Now ittakes at most 15 minutes.Example : A citizen applying for a newpassport no longer has to go to aconsulate general 200 km away, insteadhe can apply to the nearest mission.16
