I have a problem <strong>of</strong> getting bored too easily and one thing I love to do is freak people<br />
out in an elevator. Now elevator jokes are old, I know, but they are fun, so here are my<br />
favourite things to do in the elevator.<br />
Open your handbag or bag, peer inside and ask, "Got enough air in there?"<br />
Offer name tags to everyone getting on the elevator. Wear yours upside-down.<br />
Stand silently and motionless in the corner facing the wall. Don't get <strong>of</strong>f at any floor.<br />
Meow occasionally.<br />
Sing "Mary had a Little Lamb" while continually pushing buttons.<br />
Stare at another passenger for a while, then announce "You're one <strong>of</strong> them!" and move<br />
to the far corner <strong>of</strong> the elevator.<br />
Draw a little square on the floor with chalk and announce to the other passengers that<br />
this is your "personal space."<br />
Stare and grin at another passenger for a while. Finally announce, "I've got new socks<br />
on!" (My personal favorite)<br />
These exercises are hilarious and they don’t hurt anyone, you do get some weird looks<br />
but at least you won’t be quite so bored when you’re out shopping. Have fun.<br />
