On-Line Parent/Teacher Conference SchedulingGo to: http://hillcrest.schoolappointments.comParent Registration: Click on the “Register” tab and fill in the registration form to create an account.Once you have successfully registered, you will be logged into the system and may register yourstudent(s).Parent Appointment Scheduling: Parents may schedule appointments for any student(s) that youhave added to the system by clicking on the “Appointments” button beside the student’s name. Youwill be redirected to a page where you may select the teachers with whom you wish to meet. Multipleteachers can be selected by using the “Ctrl” key on a PC keyboard or the “Command” key on aMacintosh keyboard.Teacher Appointment CalendarsNext, you will be shown the calendars of the selected teachers. The calendar below displays theappointment calendar for four teachers. You may select appointment times by simply clicking thecheck boxes or by clicking in the time block beside the check box. Once an appointment time hasbeen selected it will change to green.

It is not possible to select more than one appointment at the same time, or to select more than oneappointment with the same teacher. (Javascript enabled browsers are required for this validation on the screen.
