You can count on your contactperson, who is continuously backedup by the purchase department.4. You can expect your questions to beprocessed by purchase responsibleswho are experts in their field.5. Our technical department identifiesparts for the most important lifttruck and aerial platform makes.6. The identification of spare parts byour technical department is free ofcharge.7. You can expect us to have atechnical sheet and/or pictureavailable for 95% of all spare partswe sell at least on a weekly basis.8. You can inquire for or order partswith various references: lift truckmake, manufacturer’s make, TVHreferences.9. We offer you the possibility toinquire for or order spare parts withyour own references: your ownnumber or own location.10. In case of a stock break analternative is automatically offeredif available.11. All our products come with awarranty of minimum 6 months,unless otherwise specified on ouroffer and order confirmation.ORDERS12. We guarantee you that expressorders (max 40 order lines or 80pieces per order) placed beforethe cut-off time, will be shippedthe same day. Should the ordernot be sent for some reason, youwill be notified by e-mail that sameevening.13. Every order you place, will bechecked and confirmed by TVH inorder to detect possible irregularorder lines, and to double-checkthem with you.14. If you so wish, TVH can arrangethe transport of the goods to yourpremises. In this case the transportcost will be calculated separately onyour TVH invoice.15.
