These prices supersede all previouslypublished price lists.INVOICE TERMS AND DISCOUNTSTerms are NET 30 Days based on prior credit approval.Additional 2% discount for payment within 10 days from dateof invoice.Credit card purchases using Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress are accepted.PAST DUE ACCOUNTSAccounts not paid within 30 days are past due and subject toa finance charge of 1½% per month (annual percentage rateof 18%).TELEPHONE ORDERSTelephone orders are confirmed and are acknowledgedimmediately upon request. If changes are requested on anyorder placed, we cannot guarantee these changes withoutadditional expense to the purchaser.LABOR RATEAll labor is billed at $86.00 per hour.REPAIRS/WARRANTY REPAIRAll repairs, Standard or Warranty, will be performed underthe MK Products Repair & Warranty Repair Policy. Full termsand conditions of this policy are available by contacting MKProducts via phone, fax or e-mail.EDUCATIONAL DISCOUNTAn educational discount of 15% off list price is available onmost equipment sold directly by MK Products to a non-profiteducational institution. This discount is not to be combinedwith any other special offer.Equipment not eligible for discount:• Special product items, used or reconditionedequipment• Replacement and consumable partsThis Educational Discount Policy supersedes all previouspublications.TRANSFER OF TITLEAll merchandise is sold F.O.B. MK Products Inc., Irvine,California. Title to the merchandise is transferred to thepurchaser at the time the carrier accepts shipment. Thepurchaser must file any claims for loss or damage in transitwith the carrier. Upon request, MK Products Inc., will issuetracers on any shipment considered “lost” by the purchaser.MINIMUM BILLINGNo minimum billing on all domestic orders - shipping andhandling may be applied.Minimum billing on all export orders is $100.00 NET.CANCELLATION OF ORDERSExcept in the case of non-standard items, orders for standarditems can be canceled without charge, provided notice isreceived at MK Products, Irvine, California, at least one weekbefore scheduled delivery to the carrier.In the case of non-standard items, the purchaser will beliable for full payment at the contract price for all finishedunits available prior to cancellation. Also, for all non-standardmaterials and components in semi-finished condition, thepurchaser will be liable for our cost plus 15%.RETURN GOODS POLICY1. Only new, unused, saleable products and partsqualify for consideration for return to the factoryfor credit.2. Return authorization must be obtained fromMK Products, Irvine, California, prior to theshipment of any product, for any reason. Wewill issue to the customer a numbered “RGL” labelwhich must be affixed to the outside of thepackage and a copy affixed to the returnedproduct.3. The customer must enclose with the shipmenta copy of the original MK Products sales orderinvoice covering the returned goods.4. Upon inspection and acceptance of the returnedproduct, a restocking charge will be applied.A credit will then be issued in the amount of thedifference between the sales order invoice andthe restocking charge. The restocking charges are asfollows:TimeCharge0 - 30 days 15% or $35.00,whichever is greater31 - 60 days 30%61 - 90 days 50%No returns accepted after 90 days.5. All returns must be made freight prepaid.6. Any items returned without authorization will notbe accepted.7. Any exceptions will be returned, freight collect.8. PC Boards are not eligible for refund or return credit.ORDER HANDLINGMK Products will make every effort to ship all sales orderswithin 2~3 working days for merchandise that is in stock.For PRIORITY shipments, please have your purchase orderin by 12:00pm Pacific Time to qualify. Your priority ordermust ship by NEXT DAY delivery service. We will make everyreasonable effort to ship priorities.33
