Report emergenciesto the nearest security guard or to any<strong>ACS</strong> Operations Office during the meeting.Should a catastrophic event occur, attendeesshould follow safety and security instructionsissued by the facility where theyare located at the time of the event.HOST LOCAL SECTION. <strong>ACS</strong> gratefullyacknowledges the cooperation and assistanceof the <strong>ACS</strong> Louisiana local sectionsand their members in handling localarrangements. Volunteers have plannedmany interesting activities; the Host LocalSection booth will be located in the NewOrleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center,Lobby B1.INFORMATION BOOTH. Attendees whohave meeting questions should visit the<strong>ACS</strong> Information Booth located in the NewOrleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center,Lobby B1. Our information clerks canhelp you navigate the on-site program, finda particular session or room, and answer basicmeeting questions on Saturday from 3 to6 PM; Sunday to Wednesday from 7:30 AMto 6 PM; and Thursday from 7:30 AM to1 PM. Lost-and-found items at the conventioncenter should be directed to the <strong>ACS</strong>Information Booth. Telephone messagesleft there will be conveyed to attendees viathe electronic message center, but <strong>ACS</strong> cannotaccept responsibility for the delivery ofany messages, mail, and packages.INTER<strong>NATIONAL</strong> REGISTRANTS. Manyinternational visitors are required to holda visa prior to being admitted to the U.S.because of security measures in place atairports and other border crossings. No oneis authorized to place any promotionalitems in public meeting space except the<strong>ACS</strong> Operations Office at a given location.Items left in violation of this policy will beremoved and discarded. Literature distributionat specific division tables is underthe control of that division, and permissionmust be secured from the division beforeplacing any items on their table.LUGGAGE & COAT CHECK.
