Spectacular large rosette of thick grey fleshy leaves dangerously<br />
spine-tipped. Becomes hardier with age but may need protection<br />
during cold weather. Native of Central America but widely<br />
naturalized in the Mediterranean. The flower spike appears after<br />
10 or 15 years and grows to 20ft.<br />
Leaves are brightly margined yellow. A striking combination!<br />
