We are always looking to control the pricing fluctuations associated<br />
with multiple optical suppliers across a network of branches.<br />
It is through stabilising our prices and increased control within our own<br />
eyewear branches, that we are able to increase the benefits, their<br />
flexibility and ultimately the value to our members.<br />
As the table below indicates, the benefits are certainly higher when<br />
using <strong>Westfund</strong> Classic Eyewear as opposed to other external optical<br />
providers as we do not have the same level of management and control<br />
over operations within other external optical providers.<br />
From the 1st of April 2009, <strong>Westfund</strong> have increased the Optical Benefits<br />
for our members. As illustrated below, <strong>Westfund</strong> Members are entitled<br />
to a higher rebate when you purchase your new spectacles at <strong>Westfund</strong><br />
Classic Eyewear.<br />
