Rounds 16, 17 and 18 <strong>Snett</strong>erton Circuit.<strong>Championship</strong> <strong>Information</strong> Bulletin Ref. <strong>FCB11</strong> July 23rd 20131.1 Car Parking during Parking Up Days:To help ease paddock congestion on Thursday and Friday Parking Up days, as detailed in the timetable below (1.11),ALL vehicles that do not have Paddock passes must park in the Competitors Car Park (in the field on the left onceover the bridge) as directed by security. Advise if your paddock vehicle set up has changed.Any abuse shown towards the vehicle pass system / TOCA paddock marshals will result in passes beingwithdrawn. Any vehicles found in unauthorised areas will be removed without warning.1.2 Circuit Access on Sunday, August 4:All TOCA pass holders should ensure Vehicle and Personnel passes are clearly visible to circuit security on the driveup to the main entrance and stay to the right on the Tarmac to be channelled towards the pass / ticket checkingbooths on the road leading to the bridge over the circuit.The left hand lane on the drive to the main entrance is for the public car park on the outside of the circuit.1.3 Support Race Motorhomes:All motorhomes will be parked in the motorhome area on the right once over the bridge, with the exception ofchampionship Race Centres that are allocated spaces in the paddock.Any motorhomes being delivered to the circuit by private companies prior to Thursday, August 1, must have theirkeys left at the circuit office in case they need to be moved.1.4 Ticket Collection Point:There will be a ticket collection kiosk just inside the circuit (on the right hand side near the main entrance). Teamscan drop off tickets/passes, in envelopes marked with recipient name and team name, at the Circuit Office up to17.00 on Saturday, August 3, and advise their guests/sponsors to follow the Ticket Collection signs to collect theirtickets/passes on Sunday. Advance tickets available at reduced prices before 31 July from www.snetterton.co.uk.Under-13’s free.To avoid congestion over the bridge on raceday morning, teams are advised to leave any envelopes containingpasses/tickets at the circuit office before Sunday and circuit officials will ensure they are put in the ticket collectionkiosk to be collected by guests/sponsors. No buggies will be permitted access over the bridge once traffic gets busyon Sunday because the bridge will become one-way (into the circuit) only.1.5 Health & Safety:Any cables, hose pipes etc., that cross walkways must be covered with cable covers. According to circuit officials,simply taping down the cable will not satisfy any inspection from the local authority.Teams to please check they have at least 1 valid fire extinguisher per car within awning (minimum capacity 5kg).This is in addition to the fire extinguisher within the race car.1.6 Support Race Pit Lane Entry / Exit / Re-fuelling on Test Day:Entry for pit lane equipment for the test day is via the gate next to Garage 26. Entry for pit lane equipment during therace weekend is via the Assembly Area. Exit for pit lane equipment on both the test day and the race weekend will bethrough the gate next to the Race Control building. Support Races are to use the Parc Ferme area to re-fuel duringtesting on Friday, August 2. NOTE: At no point during the test day or Race Weekend should Support Racetraffic (i.e. race cars, team equipment) go past the front of the TOCA Coach.


1.7 Live Television:PLEASE NOTE: Due to the demands of the live ITV broadcast, the event timetable on Sunday isflexible to allow for any unforeseen circumstances on the day. Therefore start times, particularly forthe BTCC races, may change at short notice and teams/competitors will be notified by event officialsif/when that happens. Timing of all activities must be prompt.
