Face lift of the communal areaat Lyngford Place flatsThe Tenants’ Forum has recently funded therefurbishment of part of the area at the rear ofLyngford Place Flats. This is the report they haverecently sent to us.On behalf of myself and the Residents wewould like to first say thank you to the Tenants’Forum for making this possible. Before thework started there were too manyovergrown trees and lots of brambles all ofwhich had to be cleared, along with aconsiderable amount of rubbish. When thesite had been made ready fencing waserected and two picnic tables put in place.Nick Whitmore and his team removed thetrees and another team put the fencing inplace.
