Repeat 2 or 3 times.Take a club and hold it across your upperback and shoulders parallel to theground. From that position slowly makeshoulder turns back and forth to stretchout the back muscles and loosen up.Hips:Lie on your back (do in locker roomor put your golf towel on the ground andlay on it) with your legs extended; lockyour hands under your knee and pullyour leg toward your chest while keepingyour other leg extended; hold for 20seconds, then repeat with other leg.Hamstrings:From a sitting position (do in lockerroom or put your golf towel on theground and sit on it), spread your legs asfar apart as possible; try to grab your leftfoot with both hands while keeping yourlegs extended; hold for 20 seconds, repeatwith your right foot.Hands and Fingers:A lot of players do not realize theimportance of flexibility in your hands.Shake your hands for a few minutes likea swimmer does before competition.
