STRIPALL ®by TELEDYNEHandheld Thermal Wire StripperSTRIPALL ® is designed to removeinsulation thermally, without nicking the conductor. The insulation is stripped cleanly and quickly, readying the wire for crimping or soldering.STRIPALL ® is widely used for MIL-SPEC,OEM and IPC-A-610 applications.r Easy to use - Safe and NICK FREE strippingr Versatile - strips wire from 10 to 38 AWGr Self-contained - built-in transformerr Adjustable - built-in strip lengthand wire gauge stopsr Rugged - built for long lifeTELEDYNEINTERCONNECT DEVICES

models for all applicationsTW-1 and TWC-1This versatile model is designed to remove a variety of insulationtypes - single-strand, multi-strand, or shielded wire, up to 1.5 inches. The TWC-1 works well on Teflon ® , Kapton ® , Nylon, Vinyl andNeoprene. An optional bench stand is available. For applicationswhere high melt insulation, such as Teflon, are stripped exclusively,we offer the TW-1 model without a temperature controller.TW-2 and TWC-2Having the same features as the TWC-1 model, the TWC-2 has theadded convenience of longer electrodes for longer strip lengths, upto 3.5 inches and for working in hard-to-reach areas or otherwiseinaccessible by other stripping methods, such as instrumentationenclosures or wiring cabinets. We also offer the TW-2 modelwithout a temperature controller.TW-6 and TWC-6This model is designed for coaxial cable stripping. The nose blockassembly quickly adjusts to strip insulation up to 5/8 inch diameter. The outside insulation is removed in two easy steps. First, thecable is placed in the nose block assembly and rotated, cuttingaround the cable. Second, the cable is repositioned 90 degrees, where the cable is slit lengthwise. The outside insulation is easilypeeled away, exposing the shielding. This unique feature alsoallows long lengths of insulation to be removed with a single tool.ESDWhen you are working in ESD environments, such aslaboratories, data processing equipment, and in othersensitive locations, you need the protection that ESDdevices can offer. To answer this need, we offer allSTRIPALL® models with an ESD option.ESD Case Constructed from a special blend of ULrecognized thermoplastic. Meets ASTM method D257 toensure electrostatic dissipation.ESD Cable UL listed SVT Type 18 AWG, three conductorpower cord rated at 80°C and 300 volts.

featuresr Thermal wire stripping to the highest industry standardsr Completely self-contained, does not require externaltransformers or power suppliesr Easy to use – one step operationr Bench mount or hand-held operationr Strips wire from 10 to 38 AWGr Blades heat up to 1700°F in 2 seconds, then cool instantlyr Temperature control unit adjusts for use with all typesof insulation materialsr Durable construction for production environmentsr Long life, low cost blades are easily replacedr Consistent, reliable productionThe STRIPALL® blades heat up to1700°F in 2 seconds, thencool instantly, providing amore efficient and safer workenvironment - All with a single tool.Strip And Gauge StopsDesigned to meet aerospace standards, the STRIPALL®models TW-1 and TW-2 feature both adjustable striplength and wire gauge stops. These unique stops slidesnugly on the electrodes for quick and easyadjustments. Simply position the strip length stopaccording to the length of insulation you wish removed.By setting the wire gauge stop properly, the blades willnever touch the conductor eliminating nicks ordeformation, and protecting the remaining insulationmaterial against damage.Strips ALL Insulation types, such as;• TEFLON ® • NYLON• RUBBER • NEOPRENE • PVC• POLYPROPYLENE • KAPTON ®• POLYETHYLENE • PLASTICS• OTHER INDUSTRIAL ELASTOMERSwww.teledyneinterconnect.com
