Tower of Power1. Feet shoulder width apart (toes forward), weight on balls of feet.2. Knees flexed.3. Core imagine a string through your belly button, someone is pulling that string from behind you.„Pull in and bear‟ down to engage pelvic girdle.4. Hips pelvic tilt; strong back.5. Elbows tight to the body tensed.6. Scaps (Shoulder blades) together.7. Chest up and out.8. Head “Neutral” / “Natural” walking position.
