The Professional ChoiceULOCCooling systemOLAER ULOC | optimized for industrial use

OLAER | ULOCOlaer is a global player specializing in innovative, efficient system solutions for temperature optimization and energy storage. All over the world, our products are working in the most diverse environments and applications.ULOC Cooling SystemFor industrial use – maximum cooling capacity 60 HPThe ULOC cooling system with three-phase AC motor isoptimized for use in the industrial sector. The system issupplied ready for installation. An integratedcirculation pump makes it possible to cool and treatthe oil in a separate circuit – offline cooling. Togetherwith a wide range of accessories, the ULOC coolingsystem is suitable for installation in most applicationsand environments. Choosing the right cooler requiresprecise system sizing. The most reliable way to size acooler is with the aid of our calculation program. Thisprogram, together with precise evaluations from ourexperienced, skilled engineers, gives you theopportunity for more cooling per $ invested.Overheating - an expensive problemAn under-sized cooling capacity produces a temperaturebalance that is too high. The consequences are poorlubricating properties, internal leakage, a higher riskof cavitation, damaged components, etc. Overheatingleads to a significant drop in cost-efficiency andenvironmental consideration.Cooling capacityLifetimeTemperature optimization - a basic prerequisitefor cost-efficient operationTemperature balance in a hydraulic system occurs whenthe cooler can cool down the energy input that thesystem does not consume - the system’s lost energy(Ploss = Pcool = Pin – Pused).Temperature optimization occurs at the temperature atwhich the oil viscosity is maintained at recommendedvalues. The correct working temperature produces anumber of economic and environmental benefits:• Extended hydraulic system life.• Extended oil life.• Increased hydraulic system availability - moreoperating time and fewer shutdowns.• Reduced service and repair costs.• Maintained high efficiency in continuousoperation – the system efficiency falls if thetemperature exceeds the ideal workingtemperature.2 www.olaerusa.com
