Ross spent three years prior to business school working at Pfi zer in NYC. After leading the<br />

in neuroscience early commercial planning where he managed teams to originate and implement<br />
methodologies to revise short- and long-term strategic plans. Following, he consulted directly<br />
for the Specialty President Chief of Staff on post-merger integration needs following the $68B<br />
acquisition of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Pfi zer, Ross worked as a consultant at ZS Associates<br />
where he advised top tier pharmaceutical companies on salesforce size and structure issues.<br />

Biography:<br />
Prior to HBS, Jen completed a Master’s in Bioscience Enterprise at the University of Cambridge.<br />
While at Cambridge, Jen interned at Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, a healthcare venture capital<br />
fi rm with $2.5 billion assets under management. At Essex, Jen performed strategic analyses of<br />
an antibody portfolio company’s options to advance its platform toward clinical development and<br />
recommended a strategy to maximize Essex’s return on investment. Prior to Cambridge, Jen was<br />
an Associate at Close Concerns, a consulting fi rm serving pharmaceutical, medical device, and<br />
biotechnology clients in the diabetes and obesity markets. At Close Concerns she developed and<br />
implemented a new marketing strategy, including creating a partnership with the Juvenile Diabetes<br />
Research Foundation, which resulted in a 50% increase in patient newsletter circulation and<br />
improved patient health outcomes. Prior to Close Concerns, Jen spent two years in equity research at<br />
Barclays Capital (Lehman Brothers).<br />

Biography:<br />
Prior to HBS, Ethan spent three years as an Associate in the healthcare group at TA Associates, a $16<br />
billion private equity fund. In this position, Ethan worked in all aspects of private equity investing,<br />
including deal execution, sourcing and origination, developing relationships with management teams,<br />
portfolio company management and investment committees. While at TA, he developed personal<br />
relationships with CEO’s and CFO’s and sourced over <strong>10</strong>0 investment prospects. Ethan also worked at<br />
Banc of America Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group for 2.5<br />
years. In this role, Ethan advised clients in a broad range of strategic activities, including mergers &<br />
acquisitions, debt and equity fi nancing and capital structure planning.<br />
