H. <strong>Ervin</strong> <strong>Gallery</strong>The RocksDESCRIPTIONLocated at the <strong>National</strong> <strong>Trust</strong> Centre on Observatory Hill, the S.H. <strong>Ervin</strong><strong>Gallery</strong> occupies a Georgian style building which dates from 1856,originally built as classrooms for the Fort Street School.The <strong>Gallery</strong>’s exhibition program is designed to explore the richness anddiversity of Australian art, both historical and contemporary, and presentit in new contexts.In particular, the S.H. <strong>Ervin</strong> <strong>Gallery</strong> has developed an excellent name forpresenting important exhibitions and programs that recognise thevaluable contribution made by Australian women artists.Featuring high ceilings, gracious spaces and natural light, the S.H. <strong>Ervin</strong><strong>Gallery</strong> offers an elegant backdrop for functions such as product launches,cocktails, viewings and presentations. There is also a pretty grassed areaat the front of the gallery that is available, and the <strong>Trust</strong> Café can cater foryour event.

Disabled access toilets are available inside the <strong>National</strong> <strong>Trust</strong> Centrebuilding, which is accessed by a wheelchair ramp.

H. <strong>Ervin</strong> <strong>Gallery</strong> for your event, please complete a booking enquiryform and return it to the property. A deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking, and the fullbalance must be paid at least one week before your event.
