Appointment of investment adviser for JPMorgan Funds – JF Korea Equity Fund*JF Asset Management Limited, the investment manager of the Sub-Fund (the “InvestmentManager”), has appointed JPMorgan Asset Management (Korea) Company Limited, a companyincorporated in Korea, as the investment adviser of the Sub-Fund (the “Investment Adviser”).The effective date of the appointment was 30 June 2011. This appointment aims to fully utiliseresources within J.P.
