Purpose: To help people with aphasia who are
motivated to work toward improving communication
effectiveness. It is especially appropriate for
individuals who have already completed a
rehabilitation program or had a stroke several years
ago. Small group therapy sessions are held weekly and
are designed to maximize communications abilities in
everyday situations.
Meeting Time/Place: Weekly group meetings during
fall, spring and summer semesters. Meetings are held
at the Robert L. Milisen Speech-Language and Hearing
Clinic on Wednesdays 5-6pm.
Fees: The fee is $25.00 per semester per individual.
