For example: if you submit aSchoolDude request at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday, the system willautomatically give it a queue number and forward it to therelevant person for action. If you had emailed it, the emailrecipient might not be able to process it until Monday morning––by which time several other requests might already have beengiven a lower queue number. Last year, Facilities staff completedas many as 68 requests in one day!Can I use The Dude to book after-hours AC?Yes. Please go to page 14 to learn more.Can I use The Dude to book rooms?No. Please continue to use the forms from your division.How will SchoolDude benefit me?On the website, you’ll see all your Facilities requests, with realtimestatus updates and information on who is on the job.
