SCHOOLDUDE HELPHow do I check the status of my requests?Click on the My Requests tab on top of the request form. Pending requests are categorized asWorks in Progress. Completed requests will have the date and time when they were marked asComplete.I want to change the personal details (e.g. room/phone number) associated with my account.Click on the Settings tab on top of the request form, make the necessary changes, and key inpassword to save.I can’t find the correct room number in the Building list.Make sure that you selected the correct Location before opening the Building list. E.g. if your requestis for the MS Gym (S217), the correct Location is “S Rooms (Shared MS/HS)”, not “M Rooms (MiddleSchool)”. Click on Change Location to fix it.If the problem persists, type the room number in the Area/Room Number field instead.12
