Third East Asian Seas Youth ForumThird EAS Youth Forum House RulesArrival1. All YF3 delegates must register upon arrival at the Changwon Moongsung University.2. A buddy system will be put in place. Each person should be aware of the whereabouts of his buddy.Workshops and Plenary Sessions1. All YF3 delegates are expected to be present all YF3 activities.2. All YF3 delegates shall observe proper decorum in all YF3 activities.3. All YF3 delegates shall be dressed properly in all YF3 activities.4. English will be the working language during the YF3. Youth action plans can be developed in other languages, but an Englishtranslation should be provided.5. All YF3 delegates are expected to actively participate in all the sessions and discussions, which are all designed to be inclusive andinteractive.6. This is an international youth forum with people from different backgrounds, cultures and religion. Please be respectful of yourco-delegates at all times.Other Important Reminders1. All YF3 delegates must adhere to safety instructions issued at the venue.2. All YF3 delegates will be responsible for keeping their areas and rooms tidy and uphold the rules regarding accommodationareas.3. The consumption of cigarettes, alcohol and illegal substances are strictly forbidden.4. Property must be treated with respect and littering is not allowed.5.
