The topteams and individuals in each divisionqualify <strong>for</strong> the Intern<strong>at</strong>ionalYouth Hunter Educ<strong>at</strong>ionChallenge in July.“Participants wishing to competein the n<strong>at</strong>ional event must<strong>at</strong>tend a st<strong>at</strong>e event like the one inNew Mexico,” said Rick Andes,st<strong>at</strong>e coordin<strong>at</strong>or <strong>for</strong> the challenge.“Last year, we even had a teamfrom Pagosa, Colorado, <strong>at</strong>tendour event.”Not all st<strong>at</strong>es have a st<strong>at</strong>e-levelcompetition. Participants can<strong>at</strong>tend a competition in anotherst<strong>at</strong>e if they wish to qualify <strong>for</strong>N<strong>at</strong>ionals.
