The trim system is designedfor several helm stations.Built-in trim indication andautomatic retractionThe QL Boat Trim System with builtin trim sensor, is easily operated fromthe push button control panel with itsdistinct trim indication (LED). Thanks tothe digital technology, the trim indicatorsshow the precise position of portand starboard units. The control panelhas the following functions; bow downand bow up, list starboard and list port.Several control panels may be installedfor multiple stations. To reduce therisk of damage and minimise marinegrowth, the blades are automaticallyretracted at engine shut off.Low maintenanceThe QL Boat Trim System is made ofcomposite material and all electricalparts are “sealed for life”. It is virtuallycorrosion free and will not cause anygal vanic corrosion. This means thereis very little maintenance comparedto conventional hydraulic trim tabsystems. The fact that no hydraulic oilis used, makes it less harmful to themarine en vironment.Automatic Boat Trim OptionThe Automatic Boat Trim gives yourboating experience a new dimensionand further enhances comfort andsafety onboard. Manually trim untilpreferred attitude is reached, pressthe ”A” button and the boat attitudeis stored in the memory and remainsalthough the power is off. It is as simpleas pushing a button, and the ACU(Attitude Control Unit) takes commandof the trim function. At any time youcan easily override the Auto mode andmanually operate the system. At thenext start, a quick press on the buttonis all that is needed to enable the Automode. The system automatically defaultsto auto mode on start up.And of course, all the other featuresoffered by the QL Boat Trim System arealso part of the Automatic Boat TrimOption.
