4th FINA World Junior Swimming Championships 2013 – Dubai (UAE)August 26 – 31TransportationThe organizing committee will provide the following:Transportation from Dubai International Airport to theofficial hotels for teams arriving to Dubai (UAE) fromAugust 21, 2013 and transportation from official hotelsto the airport for teams departing from August 27 -September 1, 2013.Transportation from the official hotels to the complex willbe from August 21- 31, 2013.Doping ControlThe conduction of doping control will be theresponsibility of the UAE National Anti-DopingCommittee (NADO) and one or more persons appointedby the FINA Bureau.A selection of competitors to be tested during the FINAcompetition shall be decided by the Doping ControlCommission together with the bureau delegate at thecompetition.All participating competitors shall be considered fordoping control selection.Any swimmer establishing or breaking a world recordshall submit to doping control after the race.
