ADDITIONAL PACIFIC YURT OPTIONSTall Wall Upgrade:The standard wall height is approximately sixfeet. The tall wall option raises this to approximatelyseven feet, and increases the doorheight from 67" to 76".Additional Windows:Windows can be located around the perimeterof the yurt to provide additional light andventilation. They are made of clear vinyl, framedin 2" marine grade velcro and include zipperedweather flaps and sewn-in screens.Window Awning Frame:Frame consists of an anodized aluminumframework to support the window flap. Thiscreates an overhang allowing the windows tobe left open for ventilation.Heavy Duty Top Cover:Made of the highest quality 28 oz. roofingmaterial, with a 15 year material manufacturer’swarranty, this top is available in tan, white orgray. Not for use with the solar skylight arc.Rain Diverter:The rain diverter is an inverted V-shaped fabricpouch welded over the door with PVC insertsto channel water away from the door entry.Door Awning:This 5' x 6' piece of roofing fabric is weldedover the door and has grommets installedalong the three outer edges. When supportedby a wood frame (not included), it provides acovered porch. Additional sizes are available.Solar Skylight Arc:The solar skylight arc is translucent vinylroofing fabric integrated into the top cover inan arc shape that allows diffused light into theyurt (see photo in brochure). This option isnot recommended for hot unshaded locationsor where full insulation is required. It is availablein the standard top cover only.Banner System:5'x5' removable banner laces into a grommetedframe mounted on the top cover. A greatopportunity to display a logo or custom graphicsfor commercial enterprises or special events.Insulated Window Covers:These covers are made of reflective insulationwith a fabric liner facing to match the interiorinsulation. These covers will insulate yourwindows during the coldest times of the yearand are easy to install and remove.Window Door:It has all the strength and beauty of ourstandard door, but features a large Plexiglaswindow for added light. Also available withacrylic in both the top and bottom panels.(Double Window Door)French Doors:French doors are double doors with the leversin the middle. They have small cedar panelsat the bottom and acrylic windows above andbelow the handles for added light and view.Available on 16' and larger yurts.Extra Door and Frame:Add a back or side entrance for easy access todecks, hot tub, etc. The extra door and frame isa standard panel door, but can also be upgradedto a window door, double window door or Frenchdoor. Available on 16' and larger yurts.Screen Door:Beautiful solid wood screen door with selfclosinghinges provides extra ventilation whilekeeping the bugs out.Door Screen Curtain:This screen attaches to the top inside of the doorframe, is weighted at the bottom and overlaps inthe middle for easy access.Snow & Wind Kit:The snow and wind kit consists of a vertical studunder every rafter that is secured to the rafter,lattice wall and floor. In addition, there is a cableblocking system in the rafters. This kit not only addsrigidity, but provides shear to prevent torque.Recommended for high snow and wind conditions.Stainless steel hardware available.Rafter/Ring/Hardware Upgrade:This option upgrades the standard rafters, centerring and hardware for increased snow loadcapacity. Available only with Snow and Wind Kit.Central Column:This system upgrades your rafters, centerring and hardware and adds a steel columnsupport. Ideal where engineered high snowload capacity is required. Available only withSnow and Wind Kit.Cable Tie-Down:The cable tie-down system attaches to thecenter ring in four locations and secures to arecessed eyebolt in the center of the floor. Itcan be installed and removed as needed forsevere wind conditions. Designed to be usedin conjunction with the Snow and Wind Kit asan additional level of protection.Door Canopy:The door canopy is made of top quality vinylfabric on a welded aluminum frame andprovides a graceful covered entry to your yurt.Graphics and backlighting available.Dome Opener:Opens the dome skylight to allow the escapeof hot air or moisture that may get trapped atthe ceiling. This creates a natural convectioncooling system for refreshing comfort. Includesextension handle.Tinted Dome:The tinted dome blocks approximately 60% ofthe heat coming through the skylight, and onlymarginally affects the natural light. Keeps theyurt cooler in unshaded locations.Center Ring Insert:Finely crafted wood frame fits into the centerring and comes with optional bug screen orshade screen.Fan Support:This sculpted wood support fits into the centerring and allows the installation of a ceiling fanfor improved air circulation.Tropical Cupola:Designed for hot tropical environments, thispowder-coated steel framework has anarchitectural fabric cover and replaces the domeskylight.
