Welcome to the Animal & Botanical Sciences Academy, asequential four-year career and college explorationprogram that introduces students to the exciting fieldsof biological science, animal science, plant science, food science,biotechnology, floriculture, greenhouse management, andlandscape design.This unique program, operated in the greenhouse facilities atFreehold Township High School, is the perfect choice for studentswho are interested in pursuing a career in veterinary technology,horticulture, landscape and floral design, or farm management.In addition to the required NJ high school curriculum, studentshave an opportunty to participate in a variety of specialized,hands-on academic activities, experiences, and training thatprepare them for employment and/or post-secondary academicstudy. The programconsists of courses designed to provide academic activities, experiences, and training that will preparestudents for employment and post-secondary academic study.
