<strong>BSNL</strong> <strong>EW</strong> <strong>Providing</strong> <strong>neutral</strong> <strong>Earthing</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>extending</strong> <strong>cable</strong>Vengaivasal GSM BTS site,chennai.<strong>for</strong> <strong>15</strong> KVA EA Set atshould submit <strong>and</strong>confirm CharteredAccountant Certificatein respect of turnover<strong>and</strong> other registrationcertificate [Enlistment in<strong>BSNL</strong>, Electrical License,Sales Tax] with attestedcopies(self attested <strong>and</strong>counter attested by anyexecutiveof<strong>BSNL</strong>/MTNL or Gazettedofficer of GOI) asappli<strong>cable</strong> along withthe application onprinted letter head <strong>for</strong>purchase of tender.b)The contractor shallsubmit <strong>and</strong> confirm hispermanent accountnumber (PAN) issued bythe Income TaxDepartment.c) The tenderer shouldsubmit the valid WCT/Sales Tax/ VAT.registration certificatespecifications, schedule of quantities of thevarious classes of work to be done <strong>and</strong> the setof terms <strong>and</strong> conditions of the contract to becomplied with by the contractor, whose tendermay be accepted <strong>and</strong> all otherin<strong>for</strong>mation/documents/drawings pertaining tothe work will be open <strong>for</strong> inspection by tenderer<strong>and</strong> can be had from the Office of SubDivisional Engineer (E),Electrical Sub Division-VII,Chennai between 11.00 hours & 16.00 hoursevery working day except on Sundays <strong>and</strong>Public Holidays on payment of an amount asper para 2(a) of <strong>EW</strong>-6. The cost of tenderdocuments deposited along with application <strong>for</strong>tender issue shall not be refunded, even ifbidder is found ineligible <strong>for</strong> issue of tenderdocuments.The firms shall submit application <strong>for</strong> issue oftender documents on its printed letter head,accompanied with Self Attested Copies of thefollowing documents in support of fulfilling theeligibility criterion:a)The testimonials regarding the list of workssatisfactorily completed (at least <strong>for</strong> therequisite magnitude) obtained from an Officernot below the rank of Executive Engineer in theOrganization concerned.b)Chartered Accountant Certificate <strong>for</strong> turnoverwith a copy of PAN card issued by Income TaxDepartment.c)Service Tax Registration Certificated)EPF Registration Certificate (if appli<strong>cable</strong>)5.
