慢 性 腎 臟 病 之 多 媒 體 衛 教 平 台 及使 用 者 瀏 覽 行 為 之 探 索On the Constmction of a Chronic Kidney Disease Health-Education Multimedia Platform andthe Discovery of User Learning Behavior專 案 編 號 : CJU-IM- PRJ-95-019執 行 期 間 : 94 年 2 月 21 日 至 95 年 1 月 13 日李 金 峰 、 李 政 傑 、 詹 岳 縉 、 黃 珮 菁 、 黃 綉 婷 、專 案 參 與 人 員 :謝 夙 媛 、 簡 秀 珍指 導 老 師 : 王 獻 章 博 士中 文 摘 要本 專 案 建 立 一 套 互 動 式 慢 性 腎 臟 病 之多 媒 體 衛 教 系 統 , 並 透 過 自 動 化 的 資 料 收集 及 統 計 分 析 手 法 , 探 討 使 用 者 瀏 覽 歷 程及 滿 意 度 之 間 的 關 係 , 提 出 重 要 因 子 作 為系 統 改 善 之 建 議 。本 專 案 在 衛 教 內 容 方 面 除 了 來 自 各 網站 、 醫 院 外 , 並 與 成 大 腎 臟 科 合 作 提 出 正確 又 完 整 的 慢 性 腎 臟 病 衛 教 資 料 。 此 外 ,透 過 網 頁 互 動 技 術 將 衛 教 內 容 以 文 字 、 圖片 、 照 片 、 語 音 等 素 材 整 合 於 網 站 平 台 中 。系 統 主 要 功 能 有 : 提 供 衛 教 內 容 ; 個 案 病患 追 蹤 及 管 理 ; 使 用 者 瀏 覽 歷 程 紀 錄 及 分析 ; 營 養 搭 配 建 議 參 考 系 統 等 。初 步 實 驗 以 36 名 長 榮 大 學 學 生 進 行 衛教 系 統 之 瀏 覽 以 及 滿 意 度 調 查 , 將 使 用 者依 滿 意 度 進 行 分 群 之 後 , 分 析 各 群 集 中 使用 者 的 瀏 覽 行 為 特 性 。 實 驗 結 果 發 現 , 使用 者 的 滿 意 度 跟 瀏 覽 時 各 網 頁 的 停 留 時 間有 正 相 關 , 顯 示 可 透 過 分 析 使 用 者 的 瀏 覽行 為 預 測 其 滿 意 度 。本 專 案 實 驗 對 象 目 前 雖 以 大 都 未 罹 患腎 臟 病 的 大 學 生 為 主 , 然 所 提 架 構 及 方 法可 運 用 至 任 何 使 用 族 群 。 在 推 廣 至 醫 院 進行 大 量 患 者 資 料 收 集 後 , 將 可 透 過 自 動 分析 該 族 群 使 用 者 的 瀏 覽 行 為 而 提 出 改 善 衛教 平 台 的 建 議 。關 鍵 詞 : 慢 性 腎 臟 病 、 行 為 歷 程 紀 錄 、 滿 意度 、 多 媒 體 衛 教 。AbstractThis project proposes an interactiveCKD multimedia health education system.Through the statistically analysis of theautomatically logged learning sequence, wetry to discover the relationship betweenlearning behavior and satisfaction, andprovide some important factors for systemimprovement.The health education content comesfrom several official websites and hospitals.The interactive education platform integratesseveral multimedia documents such as text,images, photos and speech, making theproposed system more user-friendly. Fourmodules comprises the proposed system: 1)provides health education content, 2) tracesand manages the patients, 3) logs andanalyzes the learning history, and 4) suggestsof food nutrition combination.The experiment was carried out by 36college students in CJU. They are invited tobrowse the content and to fill thequestionnaire of their satisfaction about thesystem. The users are classified into threeclasses according to their satisfaction. Theircharacteristics of browsing behavior areanalyzed to discovery whether there arerelationship between browsing behavior andsatisfaction.
