General Terms and Conditions - Part APage 45.2 Rates. Subscriber primary listing information in the White Pages shall beprovided at no charge to US LEC or its subscribers provided that US LECprovides subscriber listing information to BellSouth at no charge.5.3 Procedures for Submitting US LEC Subscriber Information. BellSouth willprovide to US LEC a magnetic tape or computer disk containing theproper format for submitting subscriber listings. US LEC will be requiredto provide BellSouth with directory listings and daily updates to thoselistings, including new, changed, and deleted listings, in an industryacceptedformat. These procedures are detailed in BellSouth’s LocalInterconnection and Facility Based Ordering Guide.5.4 Inclusion of US LEC Customers in Directory Assistance Database.BellSouth will include and maintain US LEC subscriber listings inBellSouth’s directory assistance databases at no charge. BellSouth andUS LEC will formulate appropriate procedures regarding lead time,timeliness, format and content of listing information.5.5 Listing Information Confidentiality. BellSouth will accord US LEC’sdirectory listing information the same level of confidentiality that BellSouthaccords its own directory listing information, and BellSouth shall limitaccess to US LEC’s customer proprietary confidential directoryinformation to those BellSouth employees who are involved in thepreparation of listings.5.6 Optional Listings. Additional listings and optional listings will be offered byBellSouth at tariffed rates as set forth in the General Subscriber ServicesTariff.5.7 Delivery. BellSouth or its agent shall deliver White Pages directories toUS LEC subscribers at no charge.5.8 Release of US LEC Directory Listings to Independent PublishersUS LEC agrees to provide to BellSouth, and BellSouth agrees to accept,US LEC Subscriber Listing Information (SLI) relating to US LECcustomers in the geographic area(s) covered by this InterconnectionAgreement. US LEC authorizes BellSouth to release all such US LEC SLIprovided to BellSouth by US LEC to qualifying third parties pursuant toBellSouth’s General Subscriber Services Tariff, Section A38.2, as thesame may be amended from time to time. Such US LEC SLI shall beintermingled with BellSouth’s own customer listings and shall not bedifferentiated from the BellSouth listings or from the listings of any otherCLEC that has authorized a similar release of subscriber listinginformation.
