US LEC may not hold BellSouth responsible for anycost incurred as a result of such revisions, unless such costs are incurredas a result of BellSouth’s intentional misconduct. US LEC may not utilizeany notice given under this subsection concerning a service to marketresold offerings of that service in advance of BellSouth.20. Rule of ConstructionNo rule of construction requiring interpretation against the drafting Partyhereof shall apply in the interpretation of this Agreement.21. Headings of No Force or EffectThe headings of Articles and Sections of this Agreement are forconvenience of reference only, and shall in no way define, modify orrestrict the meaning or interpretation of the terms or provisions of thisAgreement.22. Multiple CounterpartsThis Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of whichshall be deemed an original, but all of which shall together constitute butone and the same document.23. Implementation of AgreementIf US LEC is a facilities based provider or a facilities based and resaleprovider, this section shall apply. Within 60 days of the execution of thisAgreement, the parties will adopt a schedule for the implementation of theAgreement. The schedule shall state with specificity time frames forsubmission of including but not limited to, network design, interconnectionpoints, collocation arrangement requests, pre-sales testing and fulloperational time frames for the business and residential markets. Animplementation template to be used for the implementation schedule iscontained in Attachment 14 of this Agreement.24. Filing of AgreementUpon execution of this Agreement it shall be filed with the appropriatestate regulatory agency pursuant to the requirements of Section 252 ofthe Act. If the regulatory agency imposes any filing or public interestnotice fees regarding the filing or approval of the Agreement, said costsshall be borne equally by the Parties.25.
