IntroductionACCESS TO UNBUNDLED NETWORK ELEMENTS1.1.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of US LEC, and to the extent technicallyfeasible, provide to US LEC access to its unbundled network elements forthe provision of US LEC’s telecommunications service. If no rate isidentified in the contract, the rate for the specific service or function will benegotiated by the parties upon request by either party.1.1.2 US LEC may purchase unbundled network elements from BellSouth forthe purpose of combining such network elements in any manner US LECchooses to provide telecommunication services to its intended users,including recreating existing BellSouth services. With the exception of thesub-loop elements which are located outside of the central office,BellSouth shall deliver the unbundled network elements purchased by USLEC for combining to the designated US LEC collocation space. Theunbundled network elements shall be provided as set forth in thisAttachment.1.1.3 BellSouth will provide the following combined unbundled networkelements for purchase by US LEC. The rate of the following combinedunbundled network elements is the sum of the individual element pricesas set forth in Attachment 11 of this Agreement. Order Coordination asdefined in Section 2 of Attachment 2 of this Agreement is available foreach of these combinations:• SL2 loop and cross connect• Port and cross connect• Port and cross connect and common transport• Port and vertical features• SL2 Loop with loop concentration• Port and common transport• SL2 Loop and LNP1.1.4 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements as set forth in the technicalreferences within Attachment 2 to the extent that they are consistent withthe greater of BellSouth’s actual performance or applicable industrystandards.2. Unbundled Loops2.1.1 BellSouth agrees to offer access to unbundled loops pursuant to thefollowing terms and conditions and at the rates set forth in Attachment 11.2.2 DefinitionDocument in Binder1 09/28/9950 of 303
