d) a detailed explanation as to why the proposed Line 2 corridor between RK usB andRK 1159 (resulting in a proposed Line 2 corridor through City of Surrey parkland)was selected instead of continuing the corridor through the existing Golden EarsConnector corridor and the CN right of way between RK ns8 and RK nsg;e) please confirm whether or not Trans Mountain has conducted or obtained anyfeasibility studies, assessments, investigations or reports considering an alternativealignment of the proposed Line 2 corridor between RK usS and us9 through theexisting Golden Ears Connector corridor and/or the CN right of way:(i)(ii)(iii)(iv)if any feasibility studies, assessments, investigations or reports have beenconducted or obtained, please provide the City of Surrey with copies of allsuch studies, assessments, investigations and reports and please identify thedate and author(s) of each;if Trans Mountain does not intend to conduct or obtain any such feasibilitystudies, assessments, investigations or reports, please provide anexplanation as to why not;if there are any known or perceived impediments/obstacles to locating analignment of the proposed Line 2 corridor between RK 1158 and 1159through the existing Golden Ears Connector corridor and/or the CN right ofway, please identify and describe what those impediments/obstacles are,who identified them and what evidence was relied upon in determiningthat such impediments/obstacles exist.
