What is the rate(s) ofdepreciation applied to calculate annual depreciation of the existing pipeline forfinancial statement purposes and for tax return purposes;Fixed timing of pipeline work to be performed by Trans Mountain toaccommodate highway construction. widenin& and improvement projects so asnot to delay municipal projects1) please confirm whether or not Trans Mountain is prepared to agree to perform allnecessary pipeline related work within a fixed period of time so as not to delay anyfuture highway construction, widening or improvement project that occurs acrossor in vicinity of the pipeline which might disturb the pipeline or whichnecessitates realigning, raising or lowering the pipeline or excavating materialfrom, over or around it, or adding casings or other appurtenances deemednecessary by Trans Mountain for the protection of the pipeline;m) if Trans Mountain is not prepared to provide the agreement described inparagraph (1) above, please provide a detailed explanation as to why not and pleasedescribe in detail under what circumstances Trans Mountain would be prepared todo so.
