PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONSProduct BasicsThe alarm comes pre-set to the Forced Entry Alertsetting because 70% of home break-ins are caused byforced entry.*To Turn On the Product• Push the Schlage button for 5 seconds. A lightflashes around the Schlage button to indicate theproduct is on.To Silence the Alarm• Press down on the Schlage button until the alarmnoise shuts off.To Turn Off the Product• Press down and hold the Schlage button until yousee the second LED flash and let go.Adjusting the Sensitivity LevelThe sensitivity level indicates the level of touch oractivity needed to set off the alarm. The alarm comespre-set to Sensitivity Level 3.Sensitivity levels range from 1-5. Level 1, indicated byone beep/flash is the most sensitive while Level 5,indicated by five beeps/flashes is the least sensitivesetting.To Change Sensitivity Setting1. Press and hold the Schlage button until the third LEDflash. This will take about 10 seconds.2. Tab the Schlage button to cycle through the fivesensitivity levels.3. Select the sensitivity level you prefer.Changing the Alert Setting1. Press the Schlage button for 2 seconds until itflashes. After you let go, the alarm will beep.2.
