College ChecklistBring a government issued PHOTO ID to orientation. You needit to pick up your college ID. If you don't have one, apply for onenow. A passport, military ID, driver’s license, driver’s permit orany government issued PHOTO identification card will work.Waive the Student Health Insurance Fee if you already areinsured and covered in the Delhi area by another insurancecompany. Go to studentcenter.uhcsr.com/delhi and follow thedirections on the screen. You’ll need your current plan number!Please allow 24 hours for the credit to show up on your bill.On Campus Students are billed for the 19 meal plan, which offersthe best value out of all the plans available. You can change yourplan to the 14 or Mac Only plan by going to www.delhi.edu/reslifeand clicking on the Student Housing Management Access Button onthe right side of the page.Off Campus Students are not billed for a meal plan. Asalways, have your IDready, we’ll need it foryour refund.STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE College policy requires that all full-time studentsat SUNY Delhi purchase a Student Accident andHealth Insurance Plan, unless you can prove youhave equivalent coverage. All full-time students are billed for studenthealth insurance. If you have equivalentinsurance coverage through an outside source,you must complete the on-line waiver form thatcan be found athttps://studentcenter.uhcsr.com/delhi Once the waiver form is completed correctly,you will receive an acknowledgement, afterwhich the fee for the student health insurancewill be removed from your bill. The plan protects students enrolled in the plan athome, on campus or wherever they may be, 24/7,while coverage is in effect. The annual fee of $1,370 for 2013-2014 protectsyou from August to August. Part-time students with over six (6) credits mayenroll voluntarily.You have the first 30 days of the Fall semesterto cancel the student health insurance. If you donot cancel this insurance by successfullycompleting the on-line waiver form, the feeautomatically becomes your responsibility.PRINT FEEThere is a print fee on your bill. This fee allowsyou to utilize the printers in the computer labs.This fee can be waived at the CADI office, 230Farrell Center during the first 10 days of classesonly if you have not yet used the campusprinters.
