Aerospac contact information isavailable at www.aerospac.com.Cessna has employed a preferred method of submitting FAIRs. The process utilizes aninternet-based first article inspection system facilitated by Net Inspect. The use of thissystem is at no cost to the supplier. Requests for Net Inspect access need to besubmitted to Cessna SCQE. Contact information can be found atwww.supplier.cessna.com.4.13.2 Other Quality FormsSuppliers of serialized assemblies under Cessna design-control (i.e. assemblies withS4053-1 identification placard) shall use the following forms as applicable. Forms andform instructions are available at www.supplier.cessna.com.Form X-31 – Class “A” Bond Assembly Accountability LogForm X-126 – Engineering Change Verification StatusForm X-374 – Open Standing Work to Ship Incomplete WorkForm X-382 – Supplier Open Work Log4.14 Cessna Aircraft Company Granted Authority4.14.1 Supplier Delegated Inspection Authority (SDIA)Delegated inspection authority may be granted to suppliers. Suppliers may request SDIAthrough their Cessna SCQE representative or may be recommended for SDIA by aCessna commodity team. Cessna SCQE is responsible for the final approval of all SDIAcandidates. When the supplier and Cessna mutually agree to work towards SDIA, atimeline for the implementation will be set. If that timeframe is exceeded due to poorquality performance, supplier-funded source inspection may be implemented until thesupplier attains SDIA.
