ผลิตภัณฑชุมชนภายใตตราสินคา “ครัวบางขุนเทียน” ไดอยางครบถวนทั้ง 6 ชนิด คือ ปลาหมอแดดเดียว ปลาหมอไรราง น้ำปลาปลาหมอ น้ำพริกเผาปลา ขาวเกรียบปลา และ ปุยปลา และในขณะนี้กลุมชุมชนตนแบบกำลังอยูในระหวางการขยายการผลิต โดยทาง มจธ. ไดดำเนินการขอการสนับสนุนงบประมาณเพื่อดำเนินการรวมกับชุมชนในการจัดตั้งโรงงานตนแบบขนาดเล็กขึ้นภายในชุมชน เพื่อใหเกิดการผลิตที่เปนไปตามมาตรฐานและกอใหเกิดการพัฒนาเปนวิสาหกิจชุมชนตอไป •This research has been used by the targeted communities,Luk Wua and Hua Pa, Bangkhuntien District. The researchershave coordinated with the communities that carry out JavaTilapia processing to whom the technology was transferred forlocal production. The Hua Pa processing group led by Mrs.Samree Kerdsonthi started production of all six types ofcommunity products underthe brand of “BangkhuntienKitchen”. The 6 products aresun-dried Java Tilapia,boneless Java Tilapias, fishsauce, fish chili paste, fishcrackers and fish compost.The production is beingexpanded to othercommunities.
