Select a fresh teflon washer (9) that matches the cablegland and mount as shown7Outer sheat2. Mount Connector (1) into enclosure.6Seal nut3. Pass Seal Nut (6) over cable.4. Pass Barrel (5) over cable.5. Carefully cut back cable Outer Sheet (7).5Barrel6. Pass Cone Ring (4) over Armouring (8).7. Cut away parts of the armouring (8), leave about 2 cm8. Run Pressure Ring (3) over inner sheet of the cable, andpush it under Armouring (8).48Cone ringArmouring9. Push Cone Ring (4) and Pressure Ring (3) against eachother, and make sure Armouring (8) is neat in between.3Pressure ring10. Cut away redundant Armouring (8) between PressureRing (3) and Cone Ring (4)2Rubber seal11. Pass Rubber Seal (2) on to inner sheath of the cable,and carefully push the mounted parts into Connector (1)12. Bring up Barrel (5) and screw to Connector (1). Use keyto ensure Cone Ring (4) is tightly wedging armour, andthat gasket is tight on inner sheet of cable.13. Finally screw Seal Nut (6) to Barrel (5), and make suregasket is tight around other sheet.19ConnectorWasher
