Terms and Conditions: <strong>Unger</strong> sells through distributors only. To qualify, your company must be purchasing from other manufacturers for resale and also must be<br />
exempt from paying sales tax. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance fee of 1½% per month on open balances. All prices are F.O.B. Bridgeport, CT and are<br />
subject to change without notice. Invoice terms are net 30 days from shipping date. Visa/Mastercard are accepted and are debited the day of order. Payment in<br />
U.S. funds only. <strong>Unger</strong> Enterprises is not responsible for delays beyond our control.<br />
Please order in our standard packaging. All orders must be a minimum of $250. Special shipping requests subject to handling charges. Return Goods Authorization<br />
(RGA) is required for returning merchandise. The goods must be in new, saleable condition, in original <strong>Unger</strong> packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.<br />
Claims for shortages or damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Possession of this price list does not constitute an offer to sell.<br />
*Poles ship by truck only – EZ500, EZ600, ED750, ED900. Minimum of 10 poles required. Use any combination of sizes to reach minimum.<br />
